How we process your personal data that is stored on the "Riviera»
In some cases, "Riviera "(more precisely, the Russian company LLC "Riviera", if it is easier — "we") receives personal data from visitors and processes them. In this document, we describe what and how we process. We apply these principles if visitors agree to use the services of "Riviera".

Our Main principles
We ensure the confidentiality of personal data and apply all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data. In some cases, for the processing of personal data, Riviera works with partners and transmits this data to them. In these cases, we monitor compliance with appropriate security measures. This means that we do not share data with partners if we have doubts about their data storage principles or if we know that these principles are seriously different from those described in this document.

Categories of personal data that we process
We may store two types of personal data:
Identification and statistics. That is, first name, last name, IP address, hardware event data, cookies, location information, unique application and device numbers.
Contact details. That is, the user's email, phone number, and social media profiles.
Why and why do we do this
We process personal data for several reasons:

so that we can collect statistics. we need this for two things: to monitor whether our services are available to visitors, and to understand how visitors use our services — and to make the services more convenient based on observations.
The data that we receive from you (first and last name, mailing address, other data), we use only on the basis of your consent to the principles of processing this data.

As mentioned above, sometimes we share personal data with our partners, while observing the necessary security measures. For example, we transmit data to email distribution services. Or analytics systems. We can also provide data at the request of law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation (although we can not imagine why they might need it).
Where and how personal data is processed
Personal data is processed on the territory of the Russian Federation, but in some cases may be transferred and processed in the EU/EEA member States. The transfer of data outside the EU/EEA can only happen if there is a legal justification for it — and provided that a sufficient level of data protection is provided.

What visitors are entitled to
First, visitors have the opportunity to correct their personal data if they are incomplete and / or incorrect.
Secondly, visitors have the right to request that their personal data be deleted.
Third, if a user believes that their rights and interests have been violated, they can file a claim with us. We will do our best to rectify the situation. To do this, you need to send us an email to privacy@riviera.su.
Fourth, if visitors believe that their rights and interests have been violated, they have the right to file a claim about the use of personal data with Roskomnadzor.
